Training for your organisation
We offer training for other organisations in the solution focused approach, our way of improving self esteem for children with behavioural difficulties.
The approach can be used with other vulnerable clients of all ages and backgrounds, as well for individuals, teams and organisations.
At the end of a training session, your staff and volunteers will be able to :
- identify their clients best hopes
- work out what they want to move towards, not away from
- establish how they got to where they are now, and what clues this provides for the way forward
