Hackney
Chance UK provides one-to-one mentoring for twenty children across the borough of Hackney.
The children are referred to us primarily by teachers and social services, along with other professionals working within Hackney.
The children’s parents/carers are also offered general support and guidance by our ParentPlus Programme Manager.
