How to apply

To apply to become a Chance UK mentor, simply:

- attend an information session in Finsbury Park or Brixton (you can book a place here)

- send us an application form to volunteer@chanceuk.com - download the form below:

You can send us the form first, or attend the information session first - whichever you prefer. Please state clearly in your email whether you wish to mentor in Hackney, Islington, Lambeth or Westminster.
